Spelt pancakes

We’ve made some spelt pancakes for breakfast this morning. We’ve used spelt flour instead of the wheat one as it’s healthier. We’ve also added one mashed banana. Such a quick, energetic and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons of spelt flour

1 mashed banana

1 teaspoon of leavening

1 egg

1 glass of milk

A pinch of salt

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients. Spread some olive oil over a frying pan and fry the pancakes. Decorate with different toppings such as fresh fruit, nutella, coconut, ice cream, and so on.
